Mondays, May 1, 8, 15, & 22

Time: 6:30pm to 9:30pm

Must attend all four sessions to receive certificate.  

This class is required in Missouri before a family becomes an adoptive resource for a child.  During this class, participants will dive deeper into the special needs and challenges of children and adoptive families.  Participants will also learn strategies for managing these challenges and ways to seek support.   A virtual link will be provided the day prior to training.   

NOTE: These trainings are currently offered to families specifically sponsored by KVC, Great Circle, or Children’s Division. If your licensing worker comes from an agency, other than KVC, Great Circle, or Children’s Division, please reach out directly to the organizer listed below. There may be a self-pay option arranged.
