The Strong and Connected Program provides a path toward hope and healing for families. \nStrong and Connected is a nationally and internationally recognized evidence-based program. \nWho can participate?\nYouth 6-18 years and their families. Right now\, we are only able to accept referrals for families that live in Jackson County but as the program continues to grow\, we hope to open it up to other areas in the future. \nHow does it work?\nFamilies meet for two hours once a week for 14 weeks to share a meal – and then children and parents attend their own class to work on age-appropriate activities.
