Arti Dautenhahn is an Associate Director for KVC’s South-central Community Based Programs overseeing Intensive In-Home Services, Intensive Family Reunification Services, and Home Visitation. In his role, he oversees the daily functioning of these programs and provides direct supervision to the leadership team. Arti engages in strategic planning and ensures that quality, effective delivery of services is occurring.

Arti earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Missouri at Rolla and his master’s in counseling from Webster University. Arti became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2014. Arti has been working within the child welfare world for 20 years and has been part of almost every aspect of the system from preventative services to residential services to investigation of child abuse and neglect.

Arti previously worked for Piney Ridge, Compass Health, and the Missouri Children’s Division. Arti started working with Great Circle (now KVC) in 2012 as a front-line Intensive In-Home Services Specialist. Since that time he promoted to Intensive In-Home Services Supervisor, Intensive In-Home Services Coordinator, and now Associate Director. Arti is also the Chapter President of Sleep In Heavenly Peace MO-Rolla, a non-profit organization that provides beds and bedding for children.
