Erika Rackers
Erika Rackers serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at KVC Missouri, providing oversight and development for KVC Academy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Lincoln University and a Master of Science in Education (MS Ed.) in Leadership in Educational Administration from Capella University.
With 22 years of experience in the field of education, Erika has dedicated herself to fostering educational excellence. She spent 12 years in a public setting before joining KVC as a residential teacher. She then progressed to an Instructional Coach role and became Director of Education in 2019. Her expertise includes being a Neurosequential Model in Education Trainer and a Gallup Engagement Champion.
“It is incredibly important to me to provide a quality education program that meets the educational, social and emotional needs of the students we serve. Helping students find success in school is a steppingstone to their future; every student deserves the very best we have to offer,” says Erika.
