Kelly Kuda is the Director of Community Based Services in the Central Region, providing leadership and support to Foster Care Case Management teams serving children and families throughout the community. While new to KVC, Kelly brings more than 25 years of child welfare experience and has quickly embraced KVC’s mission and values.

Kelly earned her Master of Social Work MSW from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She remains committed to supporting the next generation of social work professionals through her continued partnership with the University of Missouri School of Social Work, including providing supervision and creating internship opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in child welfare.

She is committed to building strong, supported teams, strengthening community partnerships and ensuring children and families receive the safety, stability and permanency they deserve. Kelly is passionate about developing child welfare professionals and fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, compassion and continuous growth.
