Mary Segneri
Mary Segneri is Associate Vice President of Donor Relations for the KVC Foundation, where she leads initiatives that connect donors with the impactful work happening across KVC. She oversees annual giving, portfolio and prospect management, development operations and reporting, ensuring that donor investments are managed with care and aligned with meaningful outcomes for children and families. She supports fundraising initiatives across multiple states and works closely with leadership to advance KVC’s long-term philanthropic strategy.
Mary has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit development. Her career in philanthropy includes roles with organizations such as the American Red Cross, the Alzheimer’s Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters. In these positions, she has helped expand fundraising programs, strengthen donor engagement and develop operational practices that support long-term organizational success.
Mary holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois Chicago. She values the relationships at the center of fundraising and believes generosity grows when donors feel connected to the people and stories behind the mission. She is proud to be part of a team dedicated to improving the lives of children and families.
