Rachel Hayter is the Director of Community Based Services in Springfield for KVC Missouri. Rachel has been with KVC Missouri for 10 years.

Rachel earned both her bachelor’s degree in Social Work and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Missouri State University. She has 15 years of experience in the child welfare field, including experience working in foster care case management and licensing.

Foster Care Case Management allows that each and every day from making referrals to helping someone work through their struggles to reuniting children with their family to finding a forever home and everything in between! In my role now, I enjoy being able to work with supervisors and teach and mentor them how to train and empower their staff to become effective case managers.
