Trauma, developmental delays, intellectual delays, and abuse/neglect all play a part in how each child processes and responds to everyday life. We must consider all these things when setting expectations for children as their emotional and developmental age may not match their chronological or physical age. This training will help you become more trauma aware as you parent. A virtual link will be provided the day prior to training.   

NOTE: These trainings are currently offered to families specifically sponsored by KVC or Children’s Division. If your licensing worker comes from an agency, other than KVC or Children’s Division, please reach out directly to the organizer listed below. There may be a self-pay option arranged.
