Training My Replacements (Partnering with Birth Families) (2 hours) – Virtual

Time: 6 pm – 8 pm

This training is designed to help you develop a co-parenting relationship with birth parents as you work towards reunifying children and families. We are coaches and teachers and have worked hard to regulate and stabilize children as their parents work on building the foundation of a safe and appropriate home for their families. This training helps you build those relationships so you can support children and families throughout the process, to help the transition of reunification be less disruptive and more positive for children in care. A virtual link will be provided the day prior to training.    

*Instructor Jennifer Schmidt will send out a link 24 hours prior to the training (For Monday training classes, it will be the morning of the training or the Friday before).
