Heath Letterman is the Associate Director for KVC Missouri in Springfield. In 1996 starting as a youth care specialist and progressing through various roles, Heath has accumulated a wealth of experience in providing direct care and leading teams. His career journey at KVC Missouri showcases his dedication and commitment to serving others.

After spending 12 years as a youth care specialist, Heath transitioned to the role of Cottage Life Supervisor in 2008. In this newly created position, he took on the responsibility of managing crisis situations on campus while also leading a team of direct are staff. His leadership during these challenging times ensured the safety and well being of both clients and staff members, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex situations with compassion and professionalism.

In December 2023, Heath took on a new position marking a significant milestone in his career. This role involves overseeing various aspects of the campus operations, contributing his expertise and leadership to further the mission of KVC. Heath’s 27- year tenure with the company speaks volumes about his dedication and passion from making a difference in the lives of others. In every role he had has held, Heath has left a lasting impression on those he has served and worked alongside.
