Angela Carr, M.S.
Angela Carr is the Associate Director of Community Based Services in the Southwest for KVC Missouri. In her role, she oversees two Foster Care Case Management contracts in five different counties. She ensures contract compliance and program needs are met. Angela has been with KVC since January 2021, with experience in Foster Care Case Management contracts since 2008.
Angela has a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Drury University. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in psychology and criminology, also from Drury University.
Angela has experience in Foster Care Case Management contracts since 2008, working as a case manager for over 10 years, a Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor and now the Associate Director of Community Based Services.
