Aquila Rives, MA, LPC
Aquila Rives, MA, LPC is the Associate Director of Community Based Services for KVC Missouri’s Eastern Region. In her role, she provides supervision, guidance and monitoring of assigned programs and supervisory teams to ensure all contractual requirements and outcomes are met. Aquila collaborates with the Process and Quality Improvement department on implementation of the peer review process whereby all files are being reviewed for accuracy and contract compliance. She is responsible for all case management units meeting the stated contractual outcomes related to child welfare practice. Aquila has 22 years of experience in child welfare field.
She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University. Aquila’s previous experience includes IIS-IFRS Supervisor, IIS-IFRS Specialist and Special Education Teacher for SLPS.
