Briann Daugherty

Briann Daugherty, Director of Residential Treatment Services for St. James. In her role, she provides leadership direction to all staff on campus and ensures that treatment is being delivered to each client in a timely and standardized manner that meets requirements. She ensures that budgets are being continually developed and maintained to meet the needs of our campus. Briann is an involved community member and upholds relationships with other organizations, neighbors and friends of our organization.
Briann obtained her Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Webster University.
Briann started her career as a Youth Care Specialist with KVC (at the time Boys and Girls Town of Missouri) where she was promoted to Cottage Life Supervisor. She also has experience as a case manager with the Salvation Army, running the benevolence office and disaster services for the Phelps County area. Previous to her current role, Briann supervised community-based services for youth and families in which therapy, psych services, and case management were all involved.
