David Menning

David Menning serves as the Associate Director of Special Education at KVC Missouri, where he assists teachers, communicates with school districts, schedules and completes IEPs and manages student discipline. He is committed to ensuring that every child receives the support and opportunities they need to succeed.
David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in K-12 Physical Education and a Special Education Certificate from Northwest Missouri State University. He brings 18 years of experience to his role, having taught in a public school as a K-12 Physical Education Instructor for 13 years, during which he also served as head coach of various sports.
Throughout his career, David has gained extensive expertise in special education and physical education, leveraging his background to support and guide educators and students alike. He is certified in Positive Coaching and holds a Special Education Certificate, highlighting his dedication to professional development and excellence in education.
