Emily Edwards
Emily Edwards is the Associate Director of Special Education at KVC Missouri’s Webster Groves Campus. In her role, she oversees day-to-day activities within the school setting, communicates with school districts, parents/guardians, and staff members, monitors student progress, and facilitates IEP meetings.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis (2009) and a Master of Science in Special Education from Northwest Missouri State University (2022). With 14 years of experience in the field, she has worked as a Special Education Teacher for over 10 years, engaging with students of all age groups from elementary to high school. Additionally, she served as a Process Coordinator for 2.5 years, collaborating closely with professionals from various school districts.
Emily is certified in Elementary Education Grades 1-6 and Special Education Grades K-12. Her extensive background and dedication to special education underscore her commitment to student success and wellbeing.
