Kaitlin Caldwell

Kaitlin Caldwell is the Associate Director of Community Based Services in Columbia for KVC Missouri. In her role, she oversees the daily operations for community-based services in the Central region and collaborates with stakeholders to improve the functions and qualities for kids and families in foster care. Kaitlin has been with KVC for six years.
Kaitlin earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Missouri Valley College and earned her Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri.
Kaitlin began her career at KVC’s Columbia campus as a Youth Care Specialist while working to obtain her degrees. Upon her graduation, she started working at Children’s Division in Cole County in Family Centered Services. She then returned to KVC and served as a Foster Care Case Manager before being promoted to FCCM/TFC Supervisor.
