Michele Duckstein
Michele Duckstein is the Director of Nursing for KVC Missouri. In her role, she organizes and directs nursing departments to ensure safe, high quality behavioral health care to children and teens within KVC’s residential, intensive outpatient program (IOP), partial hospitalization program (PHP) and K-12 therapeutic schools throughout the state of Missouri.
Michele brings a wealth of expertise including more than 13 years of nursing leadership experience in behavioral health inpatient and residential settings, as well as 35 years of overall experience in behavioral health. She holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. Driven by her passion for patient care, Michele returned to nursing school and graduated in 2010, integrating her clinical nursing skills with her deep understanding of mental health and rehabilitation.
