“I do what I do because I’ve been called to lead. I’ve been given a charge to serve people. I’ve run from it in the past due to the nature of the overwhelming work. However, I’m always drawn back. Most importantly, my mother raised me to serve people and my community, and I will continue to do so to preserve her legacy as I create my own.” – Yahna Gibson.
