Do You or a Family Member Need Help?

HOPE: Healing – Opportunity – Prevention Education

A short-term, intensive program for Boone County families, offering Individual and Family Therapy, Substance Abuse Assessment and Family Group Decision Making services to the entire family.

Who Can We Help?

  • Families who are struggling or facing challenges and need help
  • Families who are struggling or facing challenges and need help
  • Families who reside in Boone County
  • Families who would benefit from short-term, intensive therapy and therapeutic services
  • Families who are able to be in a therapy program for 4-6 months
  • Families who have children living in the home or
  • Families who have had a child placed in foster care (child placed in care within the last 60 days).

Hope Group

The Hope Group is a psychoeducational support group designed to meet you where you are in life.

ADULT GROUP

Meets LAST THURSDAY of each month
12:00 pm-1:00 pm
KVC Missouri Vandiver office in Columbia

Join us and other adults for open and honest discussions on parenting and peer support. Discussion topics will be participant-driven and will vary depending on participant need.

YOUTH GROUP

Meets LAST THURSDAY of each month
4:00 pm-5:00 pm
KVC Missouri Vandiver office in Columbia

Join us and other youth for open discussions and peer support. This group will be fun opportunity to learn more about yourself and your peers. Discussion topics will be participant-driven and will vary depending on participant need.
