Hope Program

HOPE: Healing – Opportunity – Prevention – Education
A short-term, intensive program for Boone County families, offering Individual and Family Therapy, Substance Abuse Assessment and Family Group Decision Making services to the entire family.
Who Can We Help?
- Families who are struggling or facing challenges and need help
- Families who are struggling or facing challenges and need help
- Families who reside in Boone County
- Families who would benefit from short-term, intensive therapy and therapeutic services
- Families who are able to be in a therapy program for 4-6 months
- Families who have children living in the home or
- Families who have had a child placed in foster care (child placed in care within the last 60 days).
