KVC Missouri’s Impact
KVC Missouri helps tens of thousands of children and adults create positive, lasting change in their lives. Every day, our team of more than 900 child welfare and children’s mental health professionals give their best because the heart of our work is helping people. We strengthen families in crisis, prevent child abuse and neglect, and help both children and adults achieve mental wellness.
Over the last year (FY24), we helped in some big ways:
- 17,151 children’s and adults lives positively impacted total
- 3,769 people served through community-based services that strengthen families and support mental wellness
- 747 youth received children’s mental health support in residential treatment
- 601 students enrolled in our K-12 therapeutic schools
