St. Louis
KVC Missouri is dedicated to providing a wide range of programs and services in St. Louis, Missouri. Our goal is to enrich and enhance the lives of children and families, ultimately transforming child welfare and mental healthcare in the state. With our comprehensive offerings, including family strengthening services, foster parent licensing, foster care case management, children’s mental healthcare, educational services and more, we ensure that children can access the level of care they need as soon as they need it. From community-based support to intensive children’s mental health residential treatment programs, we are committed to meeting the diverse needs of every child.
St. Louis Children’s and KVC Health Systems have joined to provide world-class mental health care for youth struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and other challenges. Opening in late 2026 on KVC Missouri’s Children’s Mental Wellness Campus in Webster Groves, a state-of-the-art, 77-bed pediatric mental health hospital and a fully renovated outpatient center will offer four levels of care:
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- Residential Treatment
- Inpatient Treatment

Our Webster Groves campus has a rich history of supporting the beautiful, historic Webster Groves community and the larger St. Louis region. It is also a regional hub of KVC Missouri providing many life-changing and enriching programs and services to children and families in the area.
KVC Academy Edgewood
At our KVC Academies (also called day treatment), we foster learning, growth and healing in a therapeutic school setting. Our team can help cultivate your child’s excitement to learn and reignite the zeal for life, regardless of your family’s circumstances.
Foster Care Case Management
We are partnered with the Missouri Department of Social Services to provide foster care services throughout the state of Missouri. We offer free screening, training and licensing for general foster care. Additionally, we provide treatment-level foster care for youth who need a higher level of care, with training, licensing and support for experienced caregivers.
Autism Respite Services
Our autism respite services in St. Louis provide care for children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities, giving families support and confidence. Services are offered in both a specially designed respite home and in families’ homes, with structured routines, individualized support and engaging activities that build social, communication and life skills in a safe, supportive environment.
